FSSA issued PROCARE HOME HEALTH SERVICES the second phase of funding to

support our Direct Service Workforce.

We plan to use the funding in the following 3 ways to invest in our DSWs:

• One-time bonuses: To provide immediate support to our workforce, we

plan to issue bonuses to DSWs that with a minimum of 4-year tenure, for

incentives and retention. We will dedicate 60% of the grant amount

towards this activity. This will be issued on We will issue the bonus on


• Sign on Bonus/Hourly Wage Increase for new employees as part of our

long-term strategy for recruitment and retention of new staff. 30% of the

grant will be earmarked for this.

• Transportation Vouchers: 5 % of the grant amount goes towards this. The

Vouchers will be available from 04/10/2023.
